Located in the heart of China Town in Downtown Toronto, this condominium building needed a proposal that would appeal both to the new and old generations. The architecture itself was modern, with clean lines and touches of red. The idea was to bring the features of the modern facade and combine them with me interior design.This proposal was developed while working for mondconsult limited, a project management company, an alternative to the one provided by lux design. A warm color palette was chosen a accents of red tie everything together.
